LA CHOCO'wave : The chocolate chip!

Always on the lookout for new taste creations, Manu and David came up with a fresh idea: a chocolate chip.

To make this innovation a reality, they needed to find THE chocolatier who shared the same values as the two brothers: a passion for flavors, a commitment to high-quality ingredients, and a love for craftsmanship.

Through perseverance, they discovered Jacques and Jérémy Bockel, father and son chocolatiers and creators. Very well-known in France, especially in their home region of Alsace, Jacques is known for his delicious and creative chocolates and has won numerous awards. Fascinated by the idea of a chip dipped in chocolate, Jacques and Jérémy Bockel decided to bring their expertise to the project. This is how the Choco'Wave was born!

The crunchiness ans sweetness of a chip coverred in chocolate!

Choco'Wave could be compared to a chocolate tuile, with a very slight salty note at the end, sure to delight all the sweet-toothed lovers!

THAAS CHIPS CHOCO'WAVE
With Milk Chocolate

Ingredients:
French potatoes from Thaas (34.3%) – 34.3% Milk chocolate (Sugar – cocoa butter – cocoa mass – whole milk powder – emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322) – natural vanilla flavor) – Sunflower oil (31%) – Guérande sea salt PGI (0.4%).

Allergens: Soy, milk.

Additional Information:
Packed in a protective atmosphere. Consume quickly after opening. Store in a dry place, away from light, between 15 and 20°C. Avoid shocks.
